Larnise Boain is Vice President, Lead HR Business Partner, and provides strategic guidance to business leaders, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals while fostering a high performing, inclusive, and employee focused culture across Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP.
Larnise previously served as Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where she led enterprise-wide efforts to evolve Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP workplaces, and the communities in which Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP has a presence, into more diverse and inclusive environments. Larnise joined Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP in 2019 as Executive Director, Organizational Development for the Americas, a position focused on cultivating strong professionals and advancing leadership practices across the region.
Before coming to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP, Larnise served as Senior Organizational Consultant at Edward Jones and was instrumental in helping senior leaders translate business strategies into operating models and organizational structures. Prior to that, she held a Postal Career Executive position at the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), where she was tasked with future-proofing the USPS workforce. This involved creating a strong leadership pipeline by revamping various programs and directing the teams that designed, deployed, and measured workforce/leadership programs for more than 55,000 employees.
Larnise has a Master of Science in organization development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational behavior from DePauw University. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Prosci® Licensed Change Management Professional (PLCMP), and a Certified Instructional Designer. Larnise serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Contemporary Art Museum of St. Louis, the Board of Trustees for City Academy, and is on the Advisory Board for the St. Louis Internship Program. Larnise is also co-President of the Society for Multicultural Professionals in Human Resources. She has a passion for serving organizations that empower and equip women and children.
