James Ash serves as the President for the Bermuda Operations of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP. He provides strategic leadership and run the day-to-day operations of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP's Bermuda entities, ensuring alignment with both regulatory expectations and the broader goals of the consolidated enterprise.
James is also part of the Structured Finance Department at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP , where he oversees the capital management of the various Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP operating company subsidiaries and the management of the affiliated reinsurance programs. Prior to that, James contributed to the Valuation Department at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, where he held the role of Appointed Actuary for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP Americas Reinsurance Company, Ltd., Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP (Barbados), Ltd., Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP Atlantic Reinsurance Company, Ltd., Manor Reinsurance, Ltd., and Reinsurance Company of Missouri, Incorporated.
James has been at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP since 1996, with valuation experience across all main product lines. James received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science from Maryville University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
