Steven Carboni is a Managing Director in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP’s Private Debt & Equity group, which manages a portfolio of debt, equity, and fund investments across the middle-market and lower-middle-market. Steven is a senior investment professional with two decades of investment experience. Steven helps identify and source investment opportunities and oversees the performance of the group’s diverse investment portfolio.
Before joining Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, Steven was a Managing Director at OFS Capital Management, a multi-strategy alternative asset manager, where he led the origination and underwriting of middle-market credit investments across various structures to sponsor-backed companies. Prior to OFS, Steven was with Medley Capital, where he focused on underwriting private equity-backed credit transactions. Steven began his career at GE/Antares Capital, a leading private credit firm, where he spent 13 years focused primarily on direct lending to sponsor-backed businesses.
Steven holds an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in literature from Baruch College.
