Kaitlyn Fleigle joined Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP in June 2019, originally on the International Experience Studies team. Now, she is an Actuary on the Strategic Research team, focusing on data-driven research. She has conducted research and analyses on topics such as substance-related mortality, anti-selective lapse behavior, and wellness programs, many of which have been published as reports or presented on webcasts. She is also an active member of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s Actuarial Intern Committee, assisting with the recruitment and summer programming for actuarial interns. Prior to joining Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, Kaitlyn earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Maryville University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA).
