Ryan Cauldwell joined TAI in 2018 and serves as Director, Client Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for serving TAI¡¯s clients through his leadership over the TAI Help Desk and Custom Portfolio and serves as TAI¡¯s product owner of the joint MIB/TAI Jumbo Service. 

Prior to joining TAI, Ryan served in various roles within Employers Reinsurance Corporation before consulting on behalf of LOGiQ3.

Ryan, a Six Sigma Black Belt, brings over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance industry.
