David Lipovics is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Continental Europe. He is responsible for the management and growth of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s businesses and operations across Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s various European branches.
With over 10 years of experience at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, David has held several key positions. Most recently he served as Head of Corporate Development, EMEA, where he focused on strategic transactions, partnerships, and business initiatives. Prior to this, David spent six years at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s global headquarters in St Louis, Missouri, where he established and led Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s institutional retirement business in the U.S., including its Pension Risk Transfer offering to pension plans. David began his Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP tenure as business development director for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s EMEA Global Financial Solutions unit. Based out of London, he led several of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP¡¯s large reinsurance transactions supporting U.K. Pension Risk Transfer carriers and pension plans in their longevity and asset risk management ambitions.
Before joining Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, David worked in PwC¡¯s U.K. insurance consulting practice, advising European insurance carriers on M&A, capital management, and balance sheet optimization matters. David started his career as a pension actuarial trainee with Aon¡¯s U.K. practice.
David holds a bachelor¡¯s degree in actuarial science from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Actuaries.
